AddressWe are seeking an experienced Data Entry Officer for a logistics and transport provider, located at Arndell Park. Working Monday to Friday, commencing at 5:00 pm, shifts will be 4 - 8 hours in duration. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fast paced, high volume transport environment.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Liaise with transport and warehouse staff, customers and suppliers
- Data entry of consignment notes, pickups & driver daily run sheets
- Freight discrepancy investigation and reporting
- Provide general administration duties as required
- To be successful in this role you must have:
- Data Entry experience in a high volume, fast paced environment is essential
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
- Intermediate experience MS Office Suite (Excel & Word)
- Ability to prioritise tasks to ensure deadlines are met
