Job Title: Data Entry and Records Management Officer
Contract: 3 Months + possible extensions
Hourly Rate: Up to $40 per hour + Super
Location: Sydney CBD (F/T in office)
Talenza is supporting a renowned Australian Bank on an exciting new opportunity!
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Data Entry and Records Management Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting data from hard copy documents into digital formats, primarily Excel spreadsheets.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inputting data and other relevant details from physical documents into Excel spreadsheets
- Ensuring accuracy and completeness of Data Entry while maintaining strict confidentiality and security protocols
- Organising and maintaining digital records in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
- Collaborating with team members to streamline Data Entry processes and improve efficiency
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in Data Entry or administrative roles, preferably in a banking or financial services environment however this isn't essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in Data Entry
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
