The Role:
The Data & Insights Analyst will be focusing on end to end analytics & Insights across:
- Initial requirements, pulling and manipulating data, telling a story and presenting to the business
- Work with senior stakeholders to influence the direction of data across the business and how it's used to achieve business objectives.
- Work with stakeholders at all levels to help understand business objectives and identifying how data can be used to achieve business goals.
Skills/Experience:
- Able to own the end to end data process
- An expert using SQL
- Power BI experience is a big+ but open to other visualisations tools
- Experience working with customers data and pulling data form multiple sources where data is both structured and unstructured
- Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels, presenting data and insights
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for people, business and data
The Right Fit:
- Passionate about gathering data and insights business wide with respect to sales and campaign data, customer insights, business reporting etc
- Technically strong with SQL, Power BI and data visualisation
- Manipulate data to pull insights and tell a story whilst also having an understanding of commercials mind
- Be able to align data to business value and communicate this effectively
- Someone who is curious and thinks outside the box to bring new ideas to life.
