Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Data Migration Analyst who must have experience in SAP & Payroll to facilitate the seamless transition of data from legacy systems to a new Human Resources Information System (HRIS), SAP SuccessFactors, including payroll components. This role involves comprehensive data mapping, merging, cleansing, and validation to ensure the data is production-ready. The Data Migration Analyst will work closely with key stakeholders to ensure a successful implementation and transition to a fully functional Payroll and HRIS system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organise and lead workshops with stakeholders to define data mapping and conversion rules.
- Validate data accuracy and perform quality assurance checks on HR and payroll data provided by stakeholders.
- Identify data source gaps and collaborate with stakeholders (including Payroll and HR Business Partners) to resolve these gaps.
- Document data mapping and conversion rules from legacy payroll systems to SAP SuccessFactors.
- Assist the Head of Remuneration and Projects, HRIS Data Lead, and SuccessFactors Lead in HRIS-related Data Migration activities.
- Conduct data conversion and validation for the 4Me report in preparation for the SF/4Me interface.
- Work with the Business Analyst to ensure business requirements are accurately reflected in the SAP SuccessFactors solution and applicable business rules.
- Provide necessary testing data throughout the stages of HRIS implementation.
- Demonstrated experience in Data Migration, particularly within an HR/payroll context.
- Must have SAP experience
- Familiarity with payroll systems, HRIS platforms (with a preference for SAP SuccessFactors), and Time and Attendance platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with proven ability in stakeholder engagement.
