Data, Platform & Pricing Manager Anz

The PositionAn exciting job opportunity is now open as a Data, Platform & Pricing Manager in our Animal Health business. This position is a permanent, full-time role based in our head office in Sydney and will report directly to the Head of Commercial Excellence.The Data, Platform & Pricing Manager leads and provide strategic direction for the Commercial Excellence team managing these responsibilities. This includes but is not limited to Alight, Rebate Management, CRM, Data Management, Sales reporting & analytics platforms (VEEVA, PowerBi, Tableau, etc) & Pricing/Commercial policy decisions. This role leads key initiatives, critical projects/continuous improvement activities and is responsible for the quality and effectiveness of BIAHs Data, Platform & Pricing Management.Together with you, we have the power to transform lives. • Leads & manages team responsible for data, Platform & Pricing management.
• Leads the process of loading sales information and handling analytics tools/platforms.
• Supports the AH Business in creating and implementing its Data Strategy with alignment to the Global team. Ie BI Dataland, Veeva Align, etc
• Leads team that are responsible for the calculation of rebates within the Alight platform and major key accounts that are on commercial terms outside the Alight tool.
• Collaborates in the development of business process & automation projects.
• Continuously build and improve dashboards for the Animal Health business.
• Support in the improvement of processes through the development of tools that facilitate the internal customer experience.
• Enable AH in generating relevant and actionable insights through internal analytical platforms by continuously supporting adoption and enhancements of the platform.
• Investigate and help resolve, where applicable, data enquires related to the platforms managed by the team.

Requirements

• A Business Degree in Marketing/ Business Administration / Finance
• Sales and marketing experience
• Project Management experience
• Demonstrated track record of strong leadership
• Proven ability to make strategic decisions
• Ability to communicate data driven recommendation
• Attention to detail and quality focused
• Effective communication skills
• Strong knowledge of global selling processes
• Animal Health Industry Experience (Companion & Livestock) experience is highly desirable but not essential
