About You
Ideally you will have strong sales and customer service skills. You are driven, solution focused and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you are continually learning. You have an IT background or have a solid interest in technology.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service and sales support to our resellers and sales team
- Manage sales calls, provide product support including recommendations, order status updates and manage order deliverables
- Raise deal registrations, submit special pricing requests on our vendors, build desktop/notebook configurations and generate quotes
- Work collaboratively with product managers, pre-sales teams, BDMs and vendors to further develop sales opportunities
- Maintain product knowledge across our vendors which includes participation in regular ongoing training
- Meet quarterly sales targets
