AddressUnique opportunity for a Senior Data / Reporting Analyst to join a global organization in a keystone Data and reporting position.
This is a standalone position that will see you responsible for providing expertise in Data Reporting and analytics to support critical decision making.
The function of the Senior Data Reporting Analyst is to analyze, collect and interpret business critical data to support business decision making processes.
This role will see you working across an international leadership team to gather requirements, identify trends and generate insights.
The ideal candidate for this role will come from a hands-on Data development and Analytical background with formal training in data principles and methodologies including correlational/regression analysis.
Exceptional experience of data manipulation, visualization and the ability to communicate complex findings to non technical and technical stakeholders is a fundamental requirement of this role.
Skills and Knowledge Required :
- Strong stakeholder management, and presentation skills, including building strong working relationships in-person and remotely.
- Knowledge of data interrogation, extraction, and presentation methods to develop reports.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of individuals to achieve common goals.
- Strong analytical skills including well-developed troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
- Well-developed knowledge of data security and privacy in the management of sensitive information.
- Proven capability in describing technical information in easy-to-understand terms and to relate to different stakeholders
Essential Experience required :
- Demonstrated a track record of working as a Senior Data Analyst.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Strong analytical skills and experience using statistical analysis tools (e.g., PowerBI).
- Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Experience with data warehousing and data modelling.
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform data cleansing and validation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Working experience in a similar role developing and coordinating the on-time delivery of intuitive reports to relevant stakeholders.
- Experience working in a global or large-scale, multi-sited environment.
