Job Description
In this full time role, based in Richmond Corporate Office, you will be responsible for data requirements to assist with PHI funding arrangements. You will be part of the Strategy and Performance team and report to the Group Director Health Partnerships
The Data Reporting Manager is responsible for supporting the Strategy and Performance team with detailed analysis of funding models and funder proposals and plays a critical role in mitigating resistance, fostering a positive change culture, and achieving the desired business outcomes as well as supporting organisational change activities to ensure that the changes meet the desired business objectives and outcomes.

To be successful for this role
You will have:
- Experience in private hospitals
- Diploma or university degree in the field of health administration or health information management
- Experience in private revenue analysis and comprehension of health fund contracts
- Relevant related work experience – health field related
- Proven experience with casemix and casemix analysis
- Knowledge of ICD codes and AR-DRGs
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills
- Previous experience with patient management systems ie iPM
- General knowledge of networks, hardware, operating systems, and applications
