Responsibilities:
Utilize advanced data mining and statistical techniques to analyze large datasets from various sources including market data, economic indicators, and client portfolios.

Work closely with quantitative researchers and developers to implement models into production environments.
Conduct thorough data analysis to support portfolio construction, risk modeling, and performance attribution.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data science solutions into business processes and decision-making frameworks.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data science, machine learning, and quantitative finance.
To succeed you will have;
Proven experience in data science or quantitative analysis within capital markets, preferably on both buy and sell sides.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Matlab, with experience in data manipulation, statistical analysis, and machine learning libraries.
Strong understanding of financial instruments, market dynamics, and trading strategies.
Advanced knowledge across Products; (Equities, Bonds, Derivatives, SWAPS, Options, Futures, Commodities).
Ability to communicate complex findings and technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
