With various rosters available (2:1, 2:2, 8:6, etc), this is your chance to work on exciting projects in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct maintenance, repairs, and servicing of drilling equipment
- Diagnose faults, troubleshoot, and perform necessary adjustments
- Carry out inspections and preventative maintenance tasks
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure efficient operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and promote a safe working environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Drill Fitter in the mining industry
- Possession of Vetassess / TRA qualifications (mandatory if Sponsorship required)
- Strong technical knowledge of drilling equipment and machinery
- Ability to diagnose and rectify faults effectively
- Solid understanding of maintenance procedures and preventative measures
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Commitment to workplace safety
