Regnan is seeking a talented Data Analyst to join our sustainable investments team in Sydney/Melbourne and play a pivotal role in supporting our sustainable and impact investment management operations.
In this role, an individual will need to leverage their financial and sustainability data expertise to unlock valuable insights that support investment decisions, drive our sustainability initiatives and support our clients.
About the role
- Partner with the investment teams to understand data needs and requirements.
- Source, collect, clean, and transform financial and sustainability data from various sources.
- Develop and implement data pipelines for efficient data management and analysis for various business processes including screening
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) using Python or R to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Create data visualisations such as charts, graphs, and dashboards to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
About you
- Bachelor's degree in data science, Statistics, Finance, or a quantitative field.
- 3 - 5 years experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Python programming, including libraries like pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.
- Experience with data manipulation tools (e.g., SQL) and data visualisation tools (e.g., PowerBI).
