Full Time Permanent Role, Direct with Client
Sunshine Coast Based(Mooloolaba)
About the Position:
In partnership with our leading spa client, WorkPac is currently seeking an experienced Day Spa Manager for a full-time, permanent opportunity commencing within our client's Sunshine Coast office, holding a Monday to Friday roster, with some Saturday shifts. This position will be direct with the client.
Responsibilities will Include:
Stock Management, Rostering,Reporting,Marketing and operational tasks.
Leadership of staff and day to day management.
Management of Expenses and Labour Costs.
Coordination of guests and staff.
Requirements of the Role:
Diploma or Equivalent (Beauty Therapy)
Self Motivated
Prior Team Leadership experience
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a dedicated and passionate team.
Flexible approach to working hours and some weekend work will be required.
