About the role:
The successful candidate will be responsible predominantly for the costing and processing of up to 450 New, Fleet, Used and Wholesale vehicle deals per month as well as some aspects of general administration. A full task listing could include;
- Costing & processing New, Fleet, Used & Wholesale deals
- Vehicle Licensing (training course provided if required)
- Reconciliations of general ledger accounts related to Deal Costing
- Bringing vehicles into stock and reviewing document compliance
- Keying of vehicle invoices
- Car Care log entry and reconciliation
- Sales log entry and reconciliation
- Reception relief
What we're looking for:
- Knowledge of basic accounting processes
- Produce all work with exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to work diligently to meet monthly deadlines
- Exceptional communication skills
- Positive can-do attitude
- Professional phone manner
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Have solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Dealership, Era and Autoreg experience will be highly regarded
It is essential to have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, plus the ability to liaise effectively with team members. The successful candidate will possess the ability to demonstrate reliability and commitment in this fast-paced role.
