Applicants for this position must have a minimum of 10 years current experience gained as a Dealer Principal in a multi-franchised car dealership environment. You will have strong management, people-handling and financial skills across all divisions, coupled with your ability to communicate with and motivate your staff team. You will have drive, energy and have a "hands-on, finger on the pulse" attitude to the role.
Salary will consist of a fully negotiable retainer, commission, super and car. Our client will pay whatever it takes to attract the right candidate.
