Our Liverpool area dealership client is seeking to appoint a Dealer Principal to take control of their thriving business.

Our client is a long established, area landmark new car dealership located in the Liverpool area of Sydney since 1989. Their LDV, Great Wall, MG, Haval and Mahindra franchises are the fastest growing in NSW. They are seeking a highly experienced, energetic Dealer Principal with astounding leadership qualities to navigate the dealership to the next level to meet the demands of growing brands. The DP is expected to take control of the dealership and motivate the staff to realise their maximum potential. The dealership has a good name in the marketplace and the franchises are strong-selling. The Dealership is well positioned for expansion with 2 new showrooms earmarked for 2025 to meet the demands of the brands.
Applicants for this position must have a minimum of 10 years current experience gained as a Dealer Principal in a multi-franchised car dealership environment. You will have strong management, people-handling and financial skills across all divisions, coupled with your ability to communicate with and motivate your staff team. You will have drive, energy and have a "hands-on, finger on the pulse" attitude to the role.
Salary will consist of a fully negotiable retainer, commission, super and car. Our client will pay whatever it takes to attract the right candidate.
