About the role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Dealers Assistant/Desk Assistant to support advisers, clients, open and maintain accounts, prepare documentation, and assist with the day-to-day operations of the business. You will join an admin team and work collaboratively on tasks.

- Assist with preparation and distribution of quarterly reports as required
- Prepare documents and manage implementation from start to finish
- Assist with IPO's and Share Purchase Plans (SPPs)
- Liaise with share registries regarding account management & CHESS transfers
- Ideally 3 years experience in a similar role within Financial Services
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
