Dealership Receptionist, Mercedes-Benz Berwick

First impressions count! Supporting our Mercedes-Benz Sales Department, we are recruiting a professional receptionist with interpersonal and communication skills as the first point of contact, both on the phone and in person. 
 
Key responsibilities:

• Meeting and greeting all visitors
• Answer incoming phone calls
• Maintain customer database
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and couriers, ensuring concise and timely communication at all times.
• Maintaining and ordering stationery and other supplies as required
• Maintain the presentation of reception, lounge and other areas (as needed)
• Distribution of daily incoming and outgoing mail
• General support to the administration and management teams
• Other ad-hoc duties to ensure that we present at the very best standards

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

• Ideally, you will have dealership experience in a similar role, seeking an opportunity to work with the best in prestige dealership. 
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills – first impressions count
• Sound written and numeric skills
• MS Word, Outlook and Excel knowledge
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment 
• Initiative, enthusiasm and a positive can-do attitude
• Neat, professional presentation
