First impressions count! Supporting our Mercedes-Benz Sales Department, we are recruiting a professional receptionist with interpersonal and communication skills as the first point of contact, both on the phone and in person.
Key responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting all visitors
- Answer incoming phone calls
- Maintain customer database
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and couriers, ensuring concise and timely communication at all times.
- Maintaining and ordering stationery and other supplies as required
- Maintain the presentation of reception, lounge and other areas (as needed)
- Distribution of daily incoming and outgoing mail
- General support to the administration and management teams
- Other ad-hoc duties to ensure that we present at the very best standards
- Ideally, you will have dealership experience in a similar role, seeking an opportunity to work with the best in prestige dealership.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills – first impressions count
- Sound written and numeric skills
- MS Word, Outlook and Excel knowledge
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

- Neat, professional presentation
- Due to the varying level of experience we get presented with, salary is negotiated on experience.
- Hours - 5 days per week, including Saturdays, with a day off during the week.
