First impressions count! We are recruiting a professional and proactive Saturday Receptionist to support our Mercedes-Benz Sales team. You will have great interpersonal and communication skills as the first point of contact, both 'over the phone' and 'in person'.
Key responsibilities:
- Meet and greet all visitors whilst creating a first impression that is second to none.
- Answering and directing all incoming phone calls and sales enquiries.
- Ensuring all visitors are kept comfortable with refreshments.
- Maintaining an accurate customer database.
- Maintaining the presentation of the reception, lounge and other areas (as needed)
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and couriers, maintaining concise communication.
- General support to the administration and management teams.
- Other ad-hoc duties to ensure the presentation of the highest standards.
- The ability to work every Saturday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, with the possibility of additional weekday Reception relief work.
- Proven experience as a receptionist in a professional business environment.
- Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Project a professional image at all times through personal appearance/interpersonal skills.
- Must be a motivated self-starter able to work effectively with all departments.
- Barista skills would be advantageous but not essential (training will be provided)
