About the opportunity

Cessnock City Council is currently seeking a highly motivated Debt Management Officer with high level knowledge and experience to join our Financial Services on a temporary 12 month basis. This position will play a key role in actively providing specialist expertise regarding Debt Management matters. Primary duties will include debt recovery, arrangement monitoring, customer contact and assisting in the operational advice and support within the Financial Services Unit. This position has a strong focus on providing effective customer services in a timely, courteous and professional manner along with building respectful, professional and approachable relationships.

Remuneration:

 $76,549 - $88,636 per annum plus superannuation
