Francom Credit Solutions is a fast-growing Debt Collection Company. We are looking for results driven individuals, who have strong communication skills and ability to follow company policies. We will provide comprehensive training and support.

We have a number of roles available for Debt Recovery Specialists. These roles are full-time and based out of our Parramatta Office. 

Work hours are 9.00am to 5.30pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• High Volume of outbound calls to customers, with a resolution focus
• Discuss and negotiate settlements and payment arrangements
• Follow Company processes and protocol
• Follow call script (training provided)
• Skip tracing (training provided)
• Equifax reports (training provided)
• Liaise with legal department (training provided to upskill)
• Training provided to adhere to ACCC Guidelines, Privacy Act and other relevant legislation
