Form of workFrancom Credit Solutions is undergoing a rapid growth as a result we are expanding our current collections team in Maitland. We are looking for results driven individuals, who have strong communication skills and ability to follow company policies. We will provide comprehensive training and support.
We have a number of roles available for Debt Recovery Specialists. These roles are full-time 9.00am to 5.30pm and based in Maitland.
We are a dynamic team of vibrant individuals who believe in a strong and good working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing your own portfolio of accounts
- High Volume of outbound calls to customers, with a resolution focus
- Skip trace to Locate and establish contact with our customers, building rapport and ensuring we are compliant (Training provided)
- Investigative searches, bring out your inner private investigator.
- Discuss and negotiate settlements and payment arrangements.
- Liaise with legal department (training provided to upskill)
- Follow Company processes and protocol
- Follow call script (training provided)
- Equifax reports (training provided)
- Training provided to adhere to ACCC Guidelines, Privacy Act and other relevant legislation
