About the role:

• Work closely with the Principal of the Resolution, Recoveries and Disputes team,
• Acting on behalf on high profile clients, such as Major Australian banks and lenders.
• The role will have you working on financial services recovery matters, such as debt recovery, loan recovery, dispute resolution, and all areas ofcontentious and contested security enforcement matters.

The ideal candidate:
 
Passionate & solution focused Lawyer with 1-4 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) gained in a reputable law firm. The ideal candidate will bring:

• A law degree from an accredited Australian or New Zealand University, underpinned by strong academic records.
• Meticulous attention to detail;
• Outstanding communication, analytical & organisational skills;
• Ability to wok autonomously and within a team when required;
• Ability to mange your time effectively, prioritize and meet deadlines; and
• Have the confidence to appear in court, mediations and settlement conferences
