Your New Role

As Delivery Assurance Lead, you will provide independent review and health checks of delivery initiatives. You will be responsible for delivering practical, pragmatic and helpful Line 2 Delivery Assurance as well as defining and embedding a 3 Line Delivery Assurance framework including education on the role of Delivery Assurance in our organisation. This role sits within the Delivery Practice and is integral to the strategic execution of our initiatives. This Practice works across both Value Streams and Enterprise Teams to provide specialised expertise, frameworks and methodologies that ensure efficient and effective end to end delivery.

• Embed and continuously refine a comprehensive Delivery Assurance Framework
• Develop clear actionable guideline and standards for Delivery Assurance practices
• Prepare and present reports on Delivery Assurance activities that are clear and accessible.
• Proactively identify potential risks and inefficiencies
• Educate divisional teams on the importance of Delivery Assurance

• You must have proven experience in agile organisations, ideally those familiar with value stream models
• Hands on delivery experience is a must. Demonstrating a track record of tangible results
• Proven experience developing and embedding assurance frameworks within large organisations.
• Must be comfortable in being able to educate and/or challenge Senior Leaders where appropriate
• You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face. You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn and grow.
