Your New Role
In this role, you will be transforming Aware's delivery practices and capabilities. You will be responsible for designing, building and implementing new processes, capabilities and best practice methodologies. Providing hands on support to delivery teams to effectively embed, ensure seamless adoption and alignment with our strategy and objectives.
- Design and operationalise end to end delivery model, partnering with the Delivery Management Practice Lead and others.
- Design plan and facilitate enterprise delivery processes and forums
- Utilise performance data and insights to iterate the delivery model
- Support the Practice Lead to create a strategy, roadmaps and metrics
- Develop playbooks
- Lead training sessions and workshops to educate teams
- Establish standardised delivery practices
How do you exceed our expectations?

- You must have qualifications in various delivery and development methodologies ie PRINCE2, PMBOK, Agile, DevOps
- Proven experience in creating, implementing and embedding new delivery practices at scale
- Experience in delivery and delivery outcomes especially in agile methodology
- Expertise in creating and deploying playbooks
- Experience in facilitating hands-on workshops and interactive sessions
- You are balanced in accepting risk in any decision you face. You are curious to understand risk context and choose to speak up as we simplify, learn and grow.
