About the role

We're looking for a Delivery Competency Manager who is passionate about engaging with key leaders to define, build, implement, and monitor delivery standards, methodologies, processes, tools, and templates for Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid environments.

Additionally, the manager will oversee the establishment of Centres of Excellence and the overall Delivery Framework, as well as create training content and conduct training sessions on the Delivery Framework for relevant stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement IT delivery processes using Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methods
  • Create and define roles, processes, tools, and templates to support these delivery methods
  • Work with key team leaders to set up best practice centres for project delivery and testing
  • Collaborate with business and IT leaders to set and track business goals for strategic projects
  • Train teams on the delivery framework, tools, and template

Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management or a related field.
  • Experience in project management and establishing Centres of Excellence is advantageous.
  • Background in delivering training programs is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with certifications such as Agile, PMP, PRINCE2, or SAFe, is beneficial.
  • Exceptional cognitive abilities, problem-solving skills, and communication proficiency enable effective engagement with stakeholders at all levels
