Our client, a leading non-profit organization in the healthcare sector, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Application Delivery Manager to join their Melbourne-based team. This role offers a flexible hybrid work model, allowing you to work from home two days a week.
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong Background in Service Delivery: Proven experience in managing and improving service delivery processes.
- Leadership Experience: Demonstrated ability to lead application and testing teams effectively.
- ITIL Expertise: Solid understanding and practical application of ITIL frameworks.
- Experience in Transformation and BAU: Ability to manage both transformational projects and business-as-usual operations.
As the Application Delivery Manager, you will lead a team of approximately 15 professionals. Your primary responsibilities will include setting up the structure for the team to operate more efficiently in an Agile environment and preparing them for a significant digital transformation over the next 24 months.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Application Delivery and testing teams.
- Implement and promote Agile methodologies within the team.
- Oversee the delivery of both transformational projects and BAU activities.
- Ensure adherence to ITIL frameworks and best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align IT services with business needs.
- Drive continuous improvement in service delivery and team performance.
