The Role
This role is part of a team required to support job operations for clients and contracts. The role is responsible for undertaking end to end job management including job management, jobs receipt, scheduling resources such as labor and equipment. Managing client relationships through client updates and job close-out and client invoicing including works undertaken by partner sub-contractors will be a focus in this role.
Job tasks and responsibilities
- Management of all job - related email boxes
- Answering phones as required
- Monitor and update clients service portals
- Setting up all jobs with attention to detail and accuracy
- Administration support including invoicing, collecting job information and support for Location Managers and their teams
- Scheduling and co-ordination of staff and contractors
- Build strong relationship with new and existing customers.
- Maintain the Project Management System by setting up new customers, updating jobs and projects, uploading documentation and coordination technician compliance
- Draft quote letters and draft job documentation
- Prepare documentation for Projects
To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and experience:
- Diploma in Business Management (preferred) or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience or willingness to work in a fast-paced environment, working with deadlines and time frames
- High attention to detail, problem solving and organisational skills
