Reporting to the Central Service Delivery Managers for the Department of Education Victoria, this 41.2 hour per week role will work with Government School Technicians, School Leadership teams and Department of Education staff to ensure the successful delivery of IT Services across schools in the South East Rural areas of Victoria.

- Project Management (Consults, liaises with and influences key stakeholders, Ensures project objectives are met, Monitors performance against objectives and manages project risks and issues & Produces detailed project plans where objectives are clearly defined and action steps for achieving them are clearly specified)
- Leadership (Builds team commitment by demonstrating personal conviction & Motivates others to deliver against goals)
- People Management (Aligns team with the organisational values and goals through effective people management and modelling, Clearly defines role expectations, monitors performance, provides timely and constructive feedback and facilitates ST development & Ensures STs are effectively deployed through effective workforce planning practices)
- Specialist Expertise for 'Program & Project Management' (Knowledge and experience of the application of ITIL processes and practises to the management of complex IT programs and projects)
- Stakeholder Management (Finds innovative solutions to resolve stakeholder issues, Identifies and responds to stakeholder's underlying needs, Identifies issues in common for one or more stakeholders and uses to build mutually beneficial partnerships & Uses understanding of the stakeholder’s organisational context to ensure outcomes are achieved)
Certifications such as PRINCE2, ITIL and AGILE will be viewed favourably.
Travel will be essential at times.
