About the position
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic person who is committed to exceptional customer service, to take on the role as our full-time Delivery Coordinator.
Reporting to the management team in this hands-on role, you will coordinate and manage the end-to-end delivery process for vehicles and take on the role of aftercare backup. This will entail management from the time of vehicle delivery to the dealership through to point of hand over to clients.
Your new role will have you
- Liaising with rental companies and Mitsubishi Motors Australia staff to deliver vehicles to a high standard
- Organising pre-delivery work, detailing and aftercare for client vehicles
- Maintaining delivery logs, booking vehicle transport and invoicing
- Learning the products and benefits of aftercare as a secondary contact
- Booking and bringing new vehicles into stock
- Building strong relationships between clients and the dealership
- Driving and enhancing the dealerships processes to achieve results
- Ability to work a 5-day roster including Saturdays (Weekday RDO)
- Building a rapport with customers in order to demonstrate and sell the features and benefits of our aftercare range on new and used vehicles. These products include:
- Surface & Interior Protections
- Window Tint
- Electronics & associated products.
About you
- Well-presented and professional
- Experience in dealing with customers over the phone and face to face
- Ability to remain highly organised and detail orientated
- Strong communication skills; both written and verbal
- Team orientated and self-managed
- Hard working and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- The drive to exceed targets and expectations
- Computer literacy
- A current driver's licence is essential for this role
