About the role - Permanent Full-Time
The Coordinator, NDIS Service Delivery provides oversight of and works alongside the dedicated Service Delivery teams to ensure quality support services are provided to Disability Pathway clients. This role’s purpose is to provide holistic and client-centred support ensuring individuals needs and goals are achieved in accordance with their NDIS plan.
Key responsibilities for this role include but not limited to:
- Ensure efficient Service Delivery which follows the Baptist Care SA’s Tapa Marnirni-apinthi Practice Framework, Disability Pathways Service Delivery Model (SDM) and meets client, NDIS and all organisational requirements
- Providing management oversight to your team including rostering, timesheet approvals, effective formal and informal supervision within group and 1:1 settings, coaching and role modelling behaviours that foster a positive team culture
- Provide direct support on shift to clients as needed to ensure continuity of care and provide opportunities to demonstrate best practice client support with support workers
- Participation in the on-call schedule to address client escalations outside of regular hours and provide the next level of support required
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that client care is provided to a high standard including support by allied health and community service providers
About you:

You are engaging, approachable, resilient and can work with a variety of people, building effective relationships with our people, our clients, and their guardians. Having an eye for detail, you are methodical yet effective with your administration, record keeping and evidencing the support provided by you and the team to our clients. You will be rewarded with a supportive and close-knit team who are passionate about the work they do, and the goals our clients are achieving.
You will also have the following skills and experience:
- Undergraduate qualifications desirable, particularly in the area of Human Services, for example disability, community services, social work, psychology or related field
- Significant (3-5 years) previous experience in working with vulnerable and at-risk clients with disability and complex needs
- Experience working within the NDIS framework and demonstrated knowledge of and ability to apply NDIS and QSC standards and legislative requirements within the workplace
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and a high level of computer literacy and administration skills
- The ability to manage stressful circumstances adeptly while maintaining composure
Specific Requirements:

You will be required to have, or be willing to obtain:
- Full unrestricted South Australia Driver’s Licence
- Motor Vehicle that complies with Baptist Care SA Motor Vehicle Policy
- Working With Children check
- National Police Clearance
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Training: Provide First Aid and CPR
- Training: Safe Environments for Children and Young People (Through their eyes)
- Ability to work outside of normal office hours may be required
- Use of own vehicle
