We are seeking a suitably licensed MR Truck Driver to join our team, based at our Rocklea Distribution Centre. This position has a fixed roster, working 38 hours per week, being Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm.
Due to the site requirements for some of our customers, you will be required to undergo a Police check.
Activities required for this role include but are not limited to:
Onsite
- Delivery, assembly and installation of office furniture (including workstation fitout)
- Check, load, convey, unload, deliver and install company/customer goods in a safe and careful manner
- Use Company vehicles in accordance with Company policy
- Communicate with our staff, customers and suppliers in a safe, courteous, professional and appropriate manner that lives up to our reputation of exceeding our customer’s needs & expectations.
Attributes to be successful in this role:
- MR Drivers' licence required
- Physically fit, able to lift and move heavy items
- A talent for “working with your hands”; technical prowess; and experience with tool.
- An eye for detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to assemble furniture - onsite and warehouse
- Demonstrated excellent customer service, as you are the face of our business when interacting with our customers.
