As a Customer Delivery Representative, you’ll work behind the scenes to keep our operations running smoothly, efficiently, and safely. Never afraid of hard work, in this fast-paced role you’ll handle the replenishment of stock and deliveries to Club Assist’s customers in the Sydney metro area and surrounds. Working with a time-sensitive delivery schedule to meet customer demands, you’ll:
- Deliver stock to all customers as per set runs in a timely manner
- Maintain and build customer relationships by regular service frequency to your entire customer base
- Manage warranty claims and replacements as per the procedure
- Ensure all safety checks are completed daily
- Accounting for all money and stock movements on a daily basis
- Managing all stock in accordance with the Club Assist Stock on Hand Policy.
- Ensuring that the relevant documentation is raised on each sale or customer visit
Trusted hands: here’s who we’re looking for:
- Experience in a warehouse distribution environment
- You’re highly trustworthy and reliable. You have a can-do attitude, and you love getting the job done right
- Customer service skills and the ability to build customer relationships
- You’re able to perform physical duties - this role requires regular lifting of batteries which have an average weight of 17kg
- You have a valid minimum MR driver’s licence
- You have good computer skills and close attention to detail
- You’re committed to upholding our Health, Safety and Environment standards
- Great communications skills and customer service experience
