What you do:
As our Delivery Lead, you will be an influential and innovative delivery professional, leading a cross functional feature team who are passionate about delivering value. Working within the feature team, you will be proactively engaging the Product Owner and wider iSelect business from discovery to delivery and into production with a focus on quality and speed to value. In addition to work within your feature team, you will be accountable for the end to end delivery of initiatives within your streams. You will foster strong partnerships with our internal teams and delivery partners, driving continuous improvement and agile/lean ways of working.
What you need:
- Minimum 4 years’ experience leading multiple cross functional teams within an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban)
- Experience in Portfolio, Programme and Project Management within an interactive, contemporary software delivery environment
- Ability to take a pro-active approach to work, question, and challenge where necessary, be responsible for driving change through the Practice and wider enterprise
- Experience in facilitating workshops with stakeholders and your team, demonstrating excellent elicitation skills, analysis, and problem-solving capability
