Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities   

  • Understand and interpret reporting requirements in the context of the available technical solutions.
  • Understand complex business requirements with the ability to articulate an appropriate technical solution.
  • Contribute towards the production of high-level and detailed design documents.
  • Provide L2 and L3 support for reporting solutions.

Our Cloud Infrastructure Services practice brings together the right technology, processes, and culture to deliver business agility and cost reduction to our clients. We provide cloud focused delivery services on areas such as hybrid cloud, workplace services, security, and cloud service management/delivery.

Let’s talk about your capability and experience 

  • Extensive experience with reporting in MS Excel and Service Now, PowerBI including Performance Analytics
  • Strong experience with ITIL and SIAM
  • Understanding of Service Level Management (SLM) processes
  • Understanding of calculating various IT SLA's for clients
  • Understanding of Incident and Change management processes
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills
