About the Division
Digital Solutions overview – The Digital Solutions Division is responsible for national digital health architecture, conformance, data, design, products, standards and for supporting the user design principles that underpin all the Agency’s products and services.
About the Role
The Delivery Lead (EL1) is a full-time ongoing position that is available as soon as possible for the right candidate. This role manages the delivery of approved products and services to meet the Agency’s operational and strategic objectives. The role will partner with the Clinical Informatics Section’s stakeholders to review, estimate, and schedule the delivery of new work. It will also be responsible for day-to-day management of work, including managing delivery risks and issues, reporting on progress, and negotiating scope changes. The role will suit someone with a background in IT project management or IT service delivery, with exposure to Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
Skills and Experience
The following Knowledge, Skills and Experience will be super beneficial to hit the ground running in this role:
- Years of experience within IT project management or IT service delivery.
- Highly organised and innovative thinking with knowledge of digital transformation and an understanding of the APS operating environment.
- The ability to manage a team, projects and competing priorities, and pivot between different activities.
- Proven experience in stakeholder management to achieve project delivery goals and be able to understand, negotiate and resolve complex, difficult, and/or sensitive issues.

Eligibility
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Negative Vetting 1 security clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a higher clearance if required by the Agency.
- Ability to obtain and maintain national police check.
- Australian Citizenship is a condition of eligibility.

Salary: $116,075 to $132,386 plus 15.4% Superannuation.
