Clearance - Hold or be eligible to apply for a minimum level of Baseline Security (Note: Australian Citizenship is a requirement for eligibility for a Security Clearance.)
Key duties may include, but are not limited to:
• Working collaboratively with the CCM Project Lead and Project Managers to ensure timely and orderly implementation of new capability and disengagement of current services, in accordance with the Project Schedule.
• Working collaboratively with the Program Management Office to support the management of project deliverables and compliance with organisational expectations, and support the Project Management functions of the CCM Project team to ensure effective project, resource and schedule planning and management.
• Liaise with ICT Delivery Manager to ensure the timely provision of agency ICT inputs for the CCM project.
• Support the agency’s engagement with the CCM vendor to ensure effective and timely delivery, informing the agency’s contract management functions as required.
• Identify and manage project interdependencies and wider agency dependencies, which may include development of a CCM dependencies management plan.
• Prepare a range of written material as required, including various reports, executive papers, Senate Estimates Submissions, Ministerial and Agency briefs.
• Work collaboratively with the CCM Project Lead to build, lead and motivate multi-disciplinary teams with a focus on maximising their contribution to project delivery through a shared vision.
• Develop staff capability, particularly in relation to complex project management, through coaching, mentoring, knowledge transfer and succession planning to increase performance, engagement and retention.
