We have an opportunity for a Delivery Manager within one of our Defence engagements that will work with Directorate and Branch leadership to understand incoming capability needs.
They will also be responsible for:
- Developing and deliver work packages that will be delivered through both direct and indirect technical resource pools
- Directing and prioritising team work resources to deliver capability outcomes on time and in line with agreed scope.
- Assisting and coordinating procurement activities in support of agreed outcomes and budgets.
- Coordinating change activity across both Australian Defence and Coalition change management processes, plus assist and oversee team activities towards architecture and security accreditation outcomes.
- Understanding and reporting team progress, risks, issues and needs into Directorate leadership and formal program reporting functions.

Our work is highly complex and confidential, so there are some things you must have to fulfil this role:
- Current NV2 security clearance
- Relevant qualifications or professional development i.
- Previous experience working with CASG/JCG.
- Strong communication skills, and you'll also be an analytical thinker who loves solving complex problems.
More than anything, you'll bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and a drive to manage critical projects and programs that build sovereign capability and deliver complex things that matter.
