About the Role
Main Roads are currently seeking to appoint a Delivery Manager Structures in the Wheatbelt region of Western Australia. Based in Northam, the Delivery Manager Structures will play an integral part in managing the Regional Delivery Plan and delivery of the structures projects for Main Roads Western Australia. The successful incumbent will be responsible for supervising project managers and contribute to the on-going improvement of project management processes and systems. In addition, they will manage the delivery of Bridge Maintenance items as part of the Annual Works Program and effectively manage the preparation of contract documentation and the contract tendering process for Publicly Tendered Works. The successful incumbent will also manage contract and contractors to ensure contracts are completed in line with the required deliverables of Main Roads Western Australia.

To be successful in the role you will have:
- Demonstrated experience in the delivery of structures construction and maintenance
- A proven project and contract management background
- Experience in the management of a variety resources within limited financial constraints.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships both internally and externally
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in order to lead, manage and develop a dynamic team
