Salary: $150K - $160K per annum plus superannuation.
The Australian Drilling Industry Association (ADIA) is a national industry peak body based in Perth, serving the interests of the water well, exploration, underground and geotechnical drilling industry throughout Australia.
ADIA offers several face-to-face and online industry training courses for members and the wider drilling industry and is appointing a Training Delivery & Development Coordinator to coordinate and deliver its training services.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, this newly created role will be responsible to deliver ADIA’s current range of training courses, to assist with the continued improvement of existing courses, and the creation of new training opportunities. The Training Delivery & Development Coordinator will also bring essential drilling knowledge to the ADIA team and oversee the technical aspects of water well licensing undertaken by ADIA in collaboration with state and territory governments in Australia.
The successful candidate will be an experienced driller with formal Training and Assessing qualifications or be eligible to attain them. The Training & Development Coordinator will be a self-starter who is able to work successfully in a small team and a fast-paced work environment. The role will be based on our office in Osborne Park in Perth. Regular travel throughout Australia will be required.
