Demand Analyst - Retail | Hanes Australasia | Kew   

.

What will I be doing -

  • Manage  the retail demand planning process using LDE, (our new generation replenishment order tool)  to provide strategic demand management to meet the business objectives in sales, SOH and stock turns by driving forecast accuracy improvements and demand recalculations for year round ongoing lines.
  • Work collaboratively with merchandise planning and supply planning to understand trading opportunities along with supply constraints and DIFOT misses and take appropriate actions.

 What experience do I have?

  • Minimum  3 years experience in a  similar role
  • Strong analytical  and problem solving skills, with an ability to utilize data to inform and rationalize decisions
  • Advanced excel and systems nous
  • Capability to operate with a level of ambiguity and make decisions
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a systematic approach to work through
