Form of workA privately owned global luxury furniture company are looking for an experienced Supply and Demand Planning Manager to create their S&OP and manage 3 direct reports.
Responsibilities for the role:
- Design and implement their S&OP cycle to develop their forecast further
- Manage all freight forwarding, air freight and customs clearing requirements
- Manage, lead and coach the supply and demand planning team to achieve high levels of insights, analysis and forecast decision-making
- Ensure supply plans have been developed in line with inventory policies
- Develop and drive supplier continuous improvement programs
- Coach and develop a highly engaged team of 3 to deliver the strategic plan
- Ensure New Product launches and deletions are managed to minimise waste
This role is based in Turrella.
About you
You will be an experienced Supply and Demand Planning Manager who will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Strong knowledge of best practice S&OP and the ability to create this within the organisation
- Strong leadership skills within planning
- Strong analytical capabilities & strategic view of planning
- Excellent stakeholder management, organisation and influencing skills
- A continuous improvement mindset
