About the position
The ANZ/FEA Demand Planner Analyst is part of the ANZ/FEA Supply Chain team and has a direct reporting line to the Demand planning lead.
You will be Project lead for the supply chain team ANZ/FEA with Role contribution break down Demand Planner 50%; Project Lead 25%; Reporting 25%.
Your key responsibility areas are:
- Handling Demand Planning end to end (forecasting, detailed data driven insights, maintain master planning system)
- Sales & Operational Planning (S&OP) all areas of planning including demand planning, production planning, supplier planning, and the integration of our core business partners such as distributers.
- Interact with the business to identify requirements for new reporting (ad-hoc) and agreed KPIs.
- Support and/or manage agreed value creation projects with the Demand lead and Head of Supply Chain
- Support the Demand Lead to build the capability to use IBP to develop the ANZ/FEA demand plan.
- Project lead for the supply chain team ANZ/FEA
So, what does it take to be successful in this role?
- Min 3+ year experience in supply chain planning in an FMCG (Supply/Demand)
- Bachelor's degree in associated field (or equivalent)
- SAP competence in Supply Chain modules such as ECC/S 4Hana and IBP
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies preferable
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
- Project Management skills not essential but advantageous
