About the role
We are currently seeking experienced Full Time Demi Chef / Chef De Partie. We currently have and continuously develop and lead a team to deliver on our purpose of "the very best Customer Experience".
Great salary package of up to $70K, plus super

You must possess:
Formal Chef qualifications (Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery)
Sound knowledge of open fire cooking and at least 5 years' experience working in a similar restaurant or role
A perfect understanding of the Health and Safety and Food Hygiene
Skills & Experience
Demi / Chef De Partie (Full Time) - must have 5 years previous experience, within a high-volume restaurant.
