The role

We’re seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the CMP Team as a Part-time Demi Chef
In this role, you’ll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:
- Demonstrate an enthusiastic approach for work within a large team
- Assist the Senior Chefs with the daily preparation and service of food
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards within this very fast paced kitchen.
About you
You’ll bring the following:
- Working knowledge of HACCP
- Similar experience as a Demi Chef
- Specialty with Wok and Asian Cusine highly regarded.
Qualifications
Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery
Additional Information
To be successful, you’ll be able to:
- Work around a 24 hour, 7-day week roster including weekends and public holidays.
- This role requires a Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery.
