The Weld Club, located adjacent to Perth’s Elizabeth Quay, is a prestigious private club offering two dining rooms, functions and accommodation.
This leading club is seeking a Full Time Commis or Demi Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team. The successful candidate will be involved in aspects of the kitchen operation, including; preparing and cooking for A la Carte, breakfast Lunch and Dinner, buffet service and functions, menu creation and junior staff management.
Key requirements for the position include:
- Completed an Apprenticeship or a Minimum of 2 years' experience as a qualified chef.
- A passion for creating premium quality food.
- Function and A la carte experience an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Positive Attitude & Innovative.
- Proven longevity in previous positions
