We have something to suit everyone's tastes.We're seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join the CMP Team as a Part-time Demi ChefIn this role, you'll provide joyful experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

• Demonstrate an enthusiastic approach for work within a large team
• Assist the Senior Chefs with the daily preparation and service of food
• Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards within this very fast paced kitchen.

About you
You'll bring the following:

• Working knowledge of HACCP
• Similar experience as a Demi Chef
• Specialty with Wok and Asian Cusine highly regarded.

QualificationsCertificate 3 in Commercial CookeryAdditional InformationTo be successful, you'll be able to:

• Work around a 24 hour, 7-day week roster including weekends and public holidays.
• This role requires a Certificate 3 in Commercial Cookery.
