Responsibilities:

• Ensure all food items are prepared according to recipes, portion sizes, and quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to sanitation and safety guidelines.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering and stock rotation
• Follow proper food handling and storage procedures.
• Contribute to maintaining a positive and professional kitchen culture.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• 3 Years Minimum experience as a Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.
• Punctuality and the ability to meet scheduling requirements.
• Strong culinary skills with the ability to execute a variety of dishes.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Food handler's certification and knowledge of food safety regulations
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, holidays and Nights
• Minimum requirement to have completed Certificate 3 Commercial Cookery or relevant certification.
