Role Overview
Based in our Baulkham Hills Practice, the Dental Assistant will be entrusted with maintaining patient-focused procedures, which means we go the extra mile to ensure our patients look forward to their visits. Our Dental Assistants take pleasure in the key responsibilities that contribute to a successful day for both the team and our patients, which include
- Maintain positive connections by delivering exceptional customer service to our patients
- Ready both patients and facilities for dental procedures
- Provide high-quality chairside support to our Dentists
- Manage instrument sterilisation and implement infection control measures
- Uphold and execute infection control standards and protocols
- Oversee patient care from the moment they enter the surgery, including recall management
About You
- Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting highly desirable
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Outstanding communication and relationship building skills
- A passion for delivering top-notch customer service and patient care
- Organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- A consistent history of punctuality and dependability
- The capacity to establish a positive connection with patients, fostering a cheerful and light-hearted environment
