AddressWillsmere Dental is a purpose built modern family dental practice supporting 5 dentists and a part-time Hygiene/Therapy department.
We are expanding and looking for an experienced superstar to join our team.
This position is 3-4 days a week for the right candidate.
(Please note, Tuesday's full day and occasional Saturday mornings are not negotiable).
Dental Assistant:
The position is not limited to chair-side assisting and will involve cleaning and sterilisation, stock control, billing and front-desk support when required.
Your role will be responsible for:
- Welcoming patients into the treatment room
- Chair-side assisting and sterilisation
- Surgical Room preparation
- Stock Control
- Overview and coordination of all clinical procedures/systems
The successful candidates will possess:
- Superior communication skills, both written and verbal
- An eye for detail
- A “Yes” attitude and a commitment to be a team player
- A passion for patient care with the ability to build rapport and nurture relationships quickly
- An ability to multi-task
- An ability to think laterally and use initiative
- Strong interpersonal skills with fluent English-speaking ability
Skills and experience:
- Minimum 1 year dental assisting experience
- Excellent computer skills – experience with Oasis Software preferred
