About the opportunity:
Culture is everything here at Noosa you will be supported to grow and work among a long standing great team, if you are proactive to learn Dentistry than this is the casual opportunity for you. Our casual shifts are generally between 7:45am-5:00pm Monday to Friday. There will be definite need for Wednesdays and Fridays and other days will be as per operational requirements of the business.

The heart of the role:
- Develop and maintain positive relationships by providing excellent customer service to our patients
- Prepare patients & facilities for dental treatment
- Deliver quality chairside assistance to our Dentists
- Provide instrument sterilisation and infection control solutions
- Maintain and implement infection control standards and procedures
- Patient care from entry to the surgery and recall management
What you'll bring:
- 12 months+ experience as a Dental Assistant required.
- Skilled at tackling challenges both on your own and as part of a team, while paying close attention to the little things
- Ability to work to a fast pace and be confident in chairside assisting procedures such as placing implants, crowns and endodontics.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about customer service/patient care
- Maintaining an orderly environment with a knack for systematic approaches
- Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
