Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Dental Practice Clinical Team Lead to join our team at Dental Boutique Maroochydore. The ideal candidate will embody our core values, oversee the daily operations of our practice, ensure exceptional patient care, and lead a team of dedicated dental professionals who are passionate about transforming lives through their smiles.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the dental practice, embodying our core value of going above and beyond to exceed patient expectations.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service and patient care, excelling with passion and care in every interaction to deliver life-changing smiles.
- Implement practice policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity, fostering a culture of excellence and compassion.
- Lead and support a team of Dental Assistants dedicated to making a positive impact on our patients' lives, promoting a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Inventory management.
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards, upholding our commitment to ethical and high-quality dental care.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in management or similar role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a passion for empowering and inspiring a young and dynamic team.
